At Drapple Foods, operated by KANAV ENTERPRISES PRIVATE LIMITED, we are committed to delivering premium-quality products to our customers. Due to the perishable and consumable nature of food products, we maintain a strict Return and Refund Policy to ensure product safety and hygiene.
1. Returns
As our products are food items intended for consumption, we do not accept returns once an order has been delivered.
Returns will only be considered under the following circumstances:
- The product received is damaged during transit.
- The product received is incorrect or different from the item ordered.
- The product packaging is tampered with before delivery.
- The product is expired at the time of delivery.
To be eligible for a return request, customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be approved if:
- The product was damaged during shipping.
- An incorrect product was delivered.
- The order was lost in transit and not delivered.
- The product was received in an unusable condition.
To process a refund request, customers must provide:
- Order Number
- Clear photographs of the product
- Photographs of the package received
- Description of the issue
Refund requests submitted after 24 hours of delivery may not be accepted.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds and returns will not be accepted for:
- Change of mind after purchase.
- Taste, texture, or personal preference issues.
- Incorrect shipping address provided by the customer.
- Delay caused by courier services beyond our reasonable control.
- Products that have been opened, consumed, or partially used.
- Requests made after the specified reporting period.
4. Refund Process
Once a refund request is reviewed and approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used during purchase.
Refund timelines:
- UPI Payments: 3–7 business days
- Debit/Credit Cards: 5–10 business days
- Net Banking: 5–10 business days
- Razorpay Transactions: As per banking partner timelines
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before they are processed or dispatched from our warehouse. Once an order has been packed, shipped, or handed over to the courier partner, cancellation requests may not be accepted. To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately after placing your order.
6. Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 24 hours of delivery with supporting photographs.
Our team will investigate the issue and may offer:
- A replacement product
- Store credit
- Full or partial refund
The resolution will be provided at the sole discretion of Drapple Foods after verification.
